Marina Mall is one of the older shopping centres in Abu Dhabi, and is often a visitor’s first stop in Abu Dhabi but there is so much more to do than just shop.
The Marina Mall houses more than 400 high end and high street stores. Shoppers can while the day away indulging in one of the many upscale cafés, bowling, or visiting the 9-screen VOX cinema.
The Mall has a mix of both luxury retailers as well as high street and local brands. On the Ground Floor, shoppers will also find a wide range of souvenir shops, shawl stands, electronics, and jewellry shops in case you are looking to pick up a souvenir of your visit.
As one of Abu Dhabi’s distinctive landmarks, Marina Mall also offers a range of exciting programming and events that draw in the larger community. Bounce, an indoor trampoline park, is open to visitors of all ages at Marina Mall.
Marina Mall attracts many local people who consider it a first stop on any shopping excursion. Peter Hellyer, contributor to The National offers that “La Brioche at Marina Mall is a must visit for out of town guests as it has not expensive, simple food, and is a great place to sit at the weekend to observe the interactions of Abu Dhabi’s diverse communities.”
Beyond the shopping, the area is rife with other attractions. Take a leisurely stroll along the Corniche and take in epic views of the Abu Dhabi city skyline or rent a Cyacle and cruise the city’s main thoroughfare. No trip to Abu Dhabi is complete without a jaunt to Marina Mall, but Yalla hopes you’ll spend the day and explore the area!
